On 22 & 29 May the Environmental Engineering Laboratory (EnvE Lab) invites you to meet up with its scientific team and learn about the latest research advancements in the area of environment and human health. EnvE Lab is an international center of reference for environmental engineering addressing the interactions between environment and human health and exploiting this knowledge to design novel chemical processes and products for sustainability purposes.

A.U.TH. on Sundays” is an initiative of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki that aspires to get the public acquainted with its latest academic courses and educational contribution through guided tours, creative workshops, games, presentations, experiments and plenty of other events. This year’s initiative coincides with the celebrations for the 90 years since the founding of the University, a great milestone for the academic community.

The EnvE-Lab scientific team will join the “A.U.TH. on Sundays” initiative and will present the following topics:

  • Particles in the air: the invisible enemy
  • Urban waste in Thessaloniki: what should we do?
  • What is my ecological footprint?

No registration is needed. Entrance is free.
